Do I need to buy hardware or install software?
No. TilesPOS is fully cloud-based — just log in from any PC, Mac, iPad or phone with a browser and internet connection. There's no server to buy and nothing to install, and we manage backups, maintenance and upgrades for you.
Can I sell tiles by the square foot as well as by box or piece?
Yes. TilesPOS is built for tile and flooring retail. Set coverage per box and price per square foot, then sell and invoice by square foot, box, piece or unit. Invoices show line items in the correct measure automatically.
Can you import my existing products and customers?
Yes — free data setup is included. Our team uploads your product and customer lists from an Excel or CSV file so your catalog is ready on day one.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. TilesPOS offers a free 30-day trial with no credit card required. Request credentials and try the software with your own catalog before you commit.
How does inventory tracking work?
TilesPOS keeps live inventory across your showroom and warehouse. Stock adjusts automatically as you sell and receive, with low-stock alerts and automatic purchase-order generation so best-sellers stay in stock.
Can I take card payments?
Yes. TilesPOS supports integrated card payments at the point of sale, along with cash and credit-term transactions.
Is my data secure and backed up?
Your data is SSL-secured and backed up automatically every day. Role-based user management lets you control who can see and do what.

Every plan includes free support by email, chat and toll-free phone from 7am to 7pm. Enterprise plans add a 24/7 hotline. Setup, data import and training are always free.
