Products and customers come out of almost any system — or spreadsheet — as a spreadsheet or CSV file. That's all we need. If you're stuck, we'll help you get the export.

2. We import, free

Free data setup is included with every plan: our team loads your products (with coverage per box) and customer lists into TilesPOS and checks the result with you.

3. Train & go live

Free training for your team, then pick a quiet day to switch the counter over. Your old system stays available as a reference while everyone settles in.

What moves over

Product catalog (names, SKUs, pricing, coverage per box), customers and companies with contact details, and your vendor list. Historical transactions typically stay in your old system for reference — most stores run their first TilesPOS day with a clean ledger and keep the archive accessible for lookups.

When to switch

Any time works, but stores usually pick a month-end after statements go out, or a seasonal slow week. Because TilesPOS is cloud-based there's no install day: your account is ready as soon as the data is in, and the hardware you already own is enough.
